Assisting customers with enquiries, looking after the indoor and outdoor plants, working stock.
Learnt to operate new machinery, paint mixing, using different aspects of the Digital Colleague app, introduction to sales targets, audit etc.
I am enjoying having the opportunity to learn new things and is helping develop my confidence.
Online learning is well structured.
Have been able to learn some new things but it is not always easy to get the time/opportunity to do it. My manager is supportive of me doing the programme.
My training provider is supportive and encouraging.
I feel that I am more competent in my role, my confidence and awareness have increased and feel that I am able to provide better customer service and work better than before starting the qualification.
