My role is customer service assistant but I now have more responsibilities due to the apprenticeship. I now help with banking, health and safety more and help support the managers more often. My general role is helping customers day to day.
Yes, I was able to help more about the store and the brand with this apprenticeship. This helped me learn about the four corners we have in the store and I am the only one with all the knowledge of all four.
It was great the apprenticeship program. It helped me learn more about my company/brand and different career opportunities. As well as the support I received from my coach was amazing she was there to help me at anytime
