  • My role is customer service assistant but I now have more responsibilities due to the apprenticeship. I now help with banking, health and safety more and help support the managers more often. My general role is helping customers day to day.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, I was able to help more about the store and the brand with this apprenticeship. This helped me learn about the four corners we have in the store and I am the only one with all the knowledge of all four.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was great the apprenticeship program. It helped me learn more about my company/brand and different career opportunities. As well as the support I received from my coach was amazing she was there to help me at anytime

  • Really well organised. I knew what I had to do to help me complete my apprenticeship each month

  • Support on this was 100% couldn’t ask for any more

  • Loads of support she helped me through everything to the very end. With check ins, video chats and emails

  • Definitely I feel like this apprenticeship has really helped me understand my role and the branch. It has helped me to perform my role better as I have been given opportunities that other employees haven’t got,

  • Due to covid they weren’t really introduced back in. But you had chance to jump onto different calls to help people from the same brand as me or different one,

  • Yes

  • Definitely the apprenticeship as this has helped me so much during where I work with the knowledge and learning other things
