Designing and selling Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms. Customer service and dealing with complaints.
Communication skills, problem solving and idea-making, dealing with difficult customers.
I enjoyed the programme a lot, sometimes it was quite difficult to keep on top of the work but this was at no fault of the provider, this came down to how much time I was allocated to complete my coursework during working hours.
Very well-organised. My trainer always structured the sessions in a way that worked for me and it helped the whole process to be easier.
In terms of being given time to do the work during worktime - not a huge amount of support.
A huge amount of support, she was always on top of my work and she was very organised.
I don't think it has helped me in a lot of ways in my role but it has given me more skills.
