Obtaining recoveries from claims that have been paid out. Additionally, I run exception reports to make sure tasks are not being missed.
I have learnt several formulas and processes on Excel to make my exception reports more efficient.
There are lots of areas in the programme that do not appear to be necessary. This can lead to a waste of time and can affect my actual work.
It appears to be a one-method-suits-all in this programme.
Excellent support. They are constantly happy to help whenever they can.
Hardly any. We receive monthly calls as check ups, but they are not worthwhile as it seems the training provider does not care.
I am learning more skills and knowledge on-the-job than I am on this programme.
