My role involves the delivery of projects within the bank. Managing budgets and forecasting whilst dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
So far I am only up to module 3 of my course however I have found the skills we have learnt so far useful
Being within the bank for a number of years already within an operational role this is giving me a view from the tech side which is interesting
I feel the communication and structure behind the course is good
I feel like I do receive adequate support from my employer however feel I lack support on some work I’ve been asked to complete
I feel like there’s a lot of support with regular 121’s and progress reviews
I feel that there are a lot of transferable skills that I can apply to my role
I’ve not yet attended any physical events however I’ve been part of some community events virtually that have been interesting
Yes
There is good sense of work / home life balance and support from leaders
I would draft out some examples prior to interviewing which can be discussed against competencies
