Customer Services - Managing a team of 20 people who manage our business's returns process. Liaising with account managers and key stake holders to ensure we're within SLA and processing as quickly as possible for our customers. Maintaining relationships with our main supplier to ensure they are supporting us in our returns and complying to SLAs. Overall management of the team to ensure high performance and managing under performance.
Yes I feel I've learned loads and been able to add additional knowledge to things I haven't been as confident on before. Prior to my apprenticeship I wasn't very involved in projects or budgets and its opened my eyes up to what is required on these. I've also loved learning more about people management and what is required for a high performing team.
