Leading the team. Working deliveries. Giving excellent customer service. Create new layouts of the store. Incentives.
I've learnt how to motivate my team. How to achieve the best results. That the customer always comes first and the supply and demand of products.
I'm learning to skills to adapt to my everyday work life.
Its all online and I can log on whenever I need to. Its not just huge bulks of writing, there's different ways of learning.

There's alot to learnt. I thoroughly enjoy my job. There's always great ways to progress too.
Be prepare to graft hard. No day is the same as the last.
