  • I've learnt how to motivate my team. How to achieve the best results. That the customer always comes first and the supply and demand of products.

  • I'm learning to skills to adapt to my everyday work life.

  • Its all online and I can log on whenever I need to. Its not just huge bulks of writing, there's different ways of learning.

  • Very supportive. If I ask a question they answer within their ability

  • Learning new things is always great but it gets me to new in new ways to achieve results.

  • We have team bonding sessions and I'm active on the forum page

  • There's alot to learnt. I thoroughly enjoy my job. There's always great ways to progress too.

  • Be prepare to graft hard. No day is the same as the last.
