    • I currently work for CEVA Logistics as an Interim Resourcing Manager focused on finding talent for CEVA. I lead the resourcing team and focus on new innovate strategies to form the right approach pre requirement and lead various business implementation projects as Resourcing Lead.

    • Since studying my remit has grown seeing improvmed skills in: - Project Management - Time Management - Communicating and Presenting information / data to make informed decisions - Managerial skills - Coaching and Mentoring Skills

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • Fully - the interactions with a wider scope of individuals to discuss strategies, ideas and theories has really supported my learning journey and to work closely internally with colleagues to share ideas.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • I have no problems with the structure of my programme. I feel now in the final year, the timetable has become even more cemented to ensure learning days are used to their fullest.

    • Very well. It has prepared me for my step up into management and provided me with wider insights, learning and processes to follow when considering a change or new way of working.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Yes. Recently attended a Networking Event on International Womens Day, we have social activities such as quizes, team activities and christmas parties. The business is also supportive when growing your professional netwrok and encourages this activity.
