I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the hotel from admin to customer care.
I develop existing skills everyday such as my customer service, time management and many other things.
I am enjoying learning new things that are relevant to my job as well as developing existing skills.
I find it very well organised and it's structured on an easily understandable timeline.
Whitbread is very supportive of the apprenticeship program.
My training provider is very helpful and always available if needed.
I find it very relevant to my role and helps me understand things more in depth.
There are regular meetings to attend as well as training days.
