  • Day to day serving customers looking for and booking holidays and also helping customers out with any enquiries and issues they may have. Going into the bureau to exchange foreign currency for our customers.

  • I have developed my geography and knowledge of the world. I am completely new to travel so anything within the travel industry is completely new to me. I've also bettered my customer service skills.

  • The programme itself is easy and it is useful having support from my coach as she is easy to contact.

  • I feel it is very well organised and it is clear what is needed from me for me to pass.

  • I feel I do have enough support, however it is difficult to sometimes get time away from the shopfloor to do my apprentice work.

  • I receive a lot of support and know that my coach is there when I need her and she is very easy to speak to. She always pushes me to do my best and get the best information out of me

  • My coach always helps me develop on my work if she feels there is anything that I have missed but she knows I am capable of doing it but am not sure how to put into my own words.

  • If you to apply make sure that travel is an industry that you are interested in and you can deal with all sorts of customer feedback
