Managing 2 hotels, aiming to hit all KPI's maintaining relationships and leading a team of 50 to achieve the best results for our team and guests, being responsible for all health and safety and finance regulations.

I am not fond of education, i find i do struggle, at first the program was shaky due to going into lockdown and changing trainers multiple times, however then when I got [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] everything improved. The exam process was stressful as when youre passed over no one helps technical difficulties.
Again, once I got [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] we had a focus and plan, a lot better to follow up a call with an email to remind of what was discussed and the plans to happen before the next session. I do think the mapping of learners to their coach needs looking at,
if i needed it they would be there however I was ok. I do however offer my learners a lot of time and support.
