I have transferred from smart, have done some training to start as a service engineer, I am now on my repairs course to complete breakdowns.

The organisation hasn’t been great and communication is awful. Although I do enjoy my course, and learning new skills it could’ve been organised better.

The repairs course so far is good, our trainer is great. However leading up to this it was very badly organised.
