I am an integration project coordinator, I complete a variety of tasks to support the head of integration and too ensure continuity of integration related activities. I coordinate meetings, take notes, send summary emails, arrange training sessions, follow up with stakeholders regarding their project activities and maintain up to date project plans in monday.com.
I have learned lots of new skills and developed my own existing skills here at at Air IT as a project coordinator. I had already developed good communication skills from my experience in retail and the beauty industry however my role has definitely developed these further. I have learned from this position how to manage my time effectively, communicate to a variety of different stakeholders and how to create suitable project plans.
I have really enjoyed my programme with Babbington, I have found the content suitable and applicable to my day-to-day activities which has helped me develop my skills as a soon to be junior project manager. I feel confident that upon completing my apprenticeship I will be able to take on my own small to medium sized projects and use my skills and knowledge learned from my apprenticeship to put into practise.
I think the programme has been very well structured however my only suggestion would be to include all criteria learning workshops before completion of the examination this would help students feel more prepared for the exam. I have always felt well informed of what activities I have coming up and could therefore planning my time to suit my job role as a coordinator.
I received plenty of support from my employer, I have a one to one meeting each week with my line manager to make sure that my workload is fair and suitable to help me progress into my new position as a junior project manager. I always feel supported and heard.
I received plenty of support from my apprenticeship provider I have an excellent tutor who is knowledgeable and quick to respond to my queries to aid in completion of coursework and other related apprenticeship activities. The training sessions which Babbington deliver for my course are great, they are concise yet packed with useful knowledge I will take with me.
My qualification (associate project manager level 4) has massively supported in my development towards the junior project manager I have learned all the essential knowledge topics and skills which I need to progress into a successful career. I am glad I chose to do an apprenticeship as it has provided me with essential knowledge and hands on experience.
My workplace holds a variety of extracurricular activities too increase collaboration between teams, we hold a yearly Christmas party, a festival every September, football tournaments every two weeks, different functions often go on nights out together and we are provided a £20 bursary per month to support with these extra curricular activities.

Air IT provides an extensive list of employee benefits which are not commonly found elsewhere, they are truly care about individuals and will do their utmost to make sure all employees are given equal opportunities to develop their career. I really enjoy working for Air IT, they care about my health and wellbeing by providing a standing desk.
I would advise others applying to Air IT to be themselves and be positive! Air IT cares about their internal staff morale, they employ candidates which bring a positive, can do attitude and improve the overall office space at Air IT. I would definitely advise people to apply and show immediate interest in the company culture.
