Leadership skills, project management skills, performance management skills.
Poorly, I was expected to complete my programme in January, however my skills coach failed to assign ILM units, it was not until I changed skills coach that they realised and set the work.
Very little support, only one manager took the time to attend one of my progress reviews.
Sporadic support, until my skills coach changed. Since that day, I have received very good support.
The course itself has been valuable. I have developed much more than I expected.

Poor pay, managers are too young and inexperienced. Unless managers and team leaders are required to have an ILM level 3 qualification as a minimum for entry, this will not improve, managers move departments every 6 months which makes it impossible to build good relationships.
