I launch trials for business growth opportunities that my organisation is seeking out. I manage the trials, through from initial research & insight collation, to business proposal, to trial development and launch, and finally, measurement & evaluation.
Yes
I enjoy my programme, however, it was a slow start for my apprenticeship as there were a number of staff leaving and joining the apprenticeship provider which was distruptive.
The organisation and structure has improved. However, I feel that the workshops do not align to the online learning modules so it can lead to confusion, or certain areas being broken up across long periods of time.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and am actively encouraged to take the time out to focus on my apprenticeship and look to complete tasks that align with the knowledge I am acquiring over the apprenticeship course.
I would say it is adequate. My new learning coach is much better than my previous one, which means I am getting quicker, and more tailored feedback than previously.
I would say it helps me, however, not a lot of what I learn through my qualification aligns to how my business operates, due to project management varying quite a bit based on different organisations.
