My role involves cleaning bedrooms to a brand standards
I've learned to be confident in what ever I do
I love the program you get to meet new people and help each other with ideas and advice. Also it gives you a chance to ask for help from your trainer if needed
The program is really organised there's always an agenda so you know what happening in the sessions
My employer helps me as much as she can . SHE always there or on phone if needed
My training provider supports me in sessions and she available on phone or a message she's very supportive
By learning things I didn't know and use that experience in my role
