Just began the course so am I looking forward to see how the course can assist me. The course is delivered via Microsoft teams and is class based with interaction from everyone. Looking to develop my self as a manager and learn new process of delivering success for my team.
Only just began but enjoy the time away from my job to develop my self and hopefully learn new skills and content and also deliver for my organisation. The course content looks comprehensive and heavy with a lot of contribution and time required which would be a challenge to do.
It’s taken 7 months to get enrolled and be part of the course. The calls have been cancelled and rescheduled a number of times which is difficult in a shift working role and to get on top of and make changes in my roster to accommodate the calls content.
Very much a lot of support and time to attend but the course calls can create issues with operational work and making changes at short notice and also making progress further down the line with the nature of my role. But everything seems accommodating and positive with no issues
Just new to the course so unable to comment. The course promises to provide support and challenge in equal measure so I am hopeful that course will be accommodated and job challenges considered by the course provider to ensure smooth transition and assistance with challenges in busy work periods. Let’s see.
Again too new to comment as just started the programme so unsure at this stage but as the course introduction seemed encouraging and positive and I am hopeful this will deliver and be consistent with what I think and hopefully the aims are fulfilled for everyone’s benefit and makes good progress.
I have not heard of or been told of anything that is outside the calls that are required to be undertaken or that there will be anything that requires physical participation in a environment outside the calls - all to be done online and with guided distance learning with course provider.
Yes
It’s a good starting point to your career as you can move to other departments or positions sighing the organisation and also do courses and all learning is E learning and not classroom based so can be done remotely and the pay will hopefully improve and not be too low
Save your money before joining as renting in London is expensive and the pay is not the same as private sector and the pay progression is very slow with very low pay offers and contracts can change which means terms and conditions may get withdrawn including pension and pay which is important
