Recruitment, oversee projects such as store re fits.
Yes, I have grown in confidence, improved my communication style and became more intentional on my reflective learning. I have also used what I have learned so far to coach my direct reports.
I love the programme, the content is interesting, there are plenty of learning resources and further reading materials and the support from my Tutor is great!
What I like is that my tutor can tailor the lessons according to my needs, sometimes we change the order of the subject to suit what I need at the moment which is great. It's also good to see what I still have to learn and what I have completed so far.
Very supportive.
Both my tutors are excellent. They are very helpful .
It gives me confidence, a sense of personal and professional growth. Because I have to learn on the job I had the opportunity to be exposed to senior management meetings, be included in projects that otherwise I wouldn't be a part of if I wasn't completing my apprenticeship.
We have quarterly events where we all get together which is useful for networking.
Yes
Both WDF and Babington are very supportive, the people are friendly and professional.
There are many opportunities, the harder you work the more they come your way. Get to know as many people as possible.
