Get involved in day to day tasks with a jointer and mate. Eg. Doing cut outs, passing tools
I have learnt some good skills. Eg timing. Communication and teamwork skills. Also I have improved previous electrician skills and learnt new electrician skills.
I love the programme that I am on. Really enjoy it
My programme is very well organised and well structured.
I receive as much support as I need, they never turn me away.
I receive a lot of training. They help me out with everything that I need.
