Making sure the guest have a great stay and anything I can help them with too. Making sure I check them in correctly and be here for them if need be
Knowing more of the company and other aspects of the job too. Things that I probably would never know to make me work better.
I learnt new things in job constantly that I didn’t think were important until I started my apprenticeship
At the start wasn’t very good but once it got into hack of things was brilliant
At the start not much but then once it got sorted then a lot better
I was very grateful that I received what I need to pass which was great help
It does make a big impact once you get information and the help made me more motivate to finish the apprenticeship on time too.
