  • developed existing stakeholder skills, developed data analysis and presentation skills. Gained market and technology based knowledge

  • seeing how other work in their fields and learning to put names to some of the strategies i already use.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The actual programme is ok, what is learned is relevant and helpful. It is a lot more self led and research based then i was led to believe. I would definitely prefer a more tutor led style

  • I get the time allocated that i need and people are happy to support with questions i have

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • term `1 was ok, i struggled to get into the hang of it. Term 2 was terrible and the tutor left, we had a lot of difficulties. Term 3 has been good so far and the tutor is very engaging and supportive

  • i understand the reasons why we do things better now and its broadening the way i think about things and is helping me build better plans and improving how i work

  • there are all kinds of networks and professional development programmes

  • i find overall it is a good place to work.

  • Its about customers first and being professional. there is a lot of change and you have to be adaptable
