Literature/course materials have provided me with new perspectives. Able to analyse my own management style and what does/doesn’t work.
Very enjoyable - sometimes stressful having been out of education for 10+ years
Some issues with marking, which have been relayed to LBU and will be rectified.
Would appreciate opportunities, outside of the pub, to evidence KSBs for portfolio.
Liaisons with staff/module leaders is usually very prompt!
