I am the Jobcentre Manager, I have 10 employees that work in this office and I am in charge of any issues that arise whether it relates to members of the public, other agency staff and the building itself. I regularly meet with stakeholders and partners from outside agencies.
I have definitely developed my existing skills
I enjoy gathering the evidence for my apprenticeship and seeing how far I have come and the examples I use a re very strong and I have achieved so much in a short space of time.
Very well organised. My Primary Trainer is amazing and so friendly and very professional.
I receive a lot of support from my line manager they are very in to developing their staff.
I have not used the provider for support but I am aware they are there if and when I require them.
Definitely has helped me massively I feel much more confident in my decisions and how I handle every situation.

Just keep trying - the recruitment process is really difficult to pass but if it is meant to be you will get there.
