I've had a great experience so far, the apprenticeship has opened up more opportunities for me and is helping my knowledge grow side by side with progression in the workplace. It's been a lovely transition and an easy process.
I have developed existing skills by writing and communicating about what I have done each shift. I have also learnt about my job and the law surrounding it in more detail.
I absolutely love it.
Very, it's super easy to do. The trainers set out very clearly what they expect you to do. The communication is wonderful aswell.
The support from my employer has been great. It's benefited a lot of people.
I received an abundance of support right from the start and continue to do so. Any time I have a question, or need a chance explaining more things, it's sorted for me straight away.
I think it's going to make me better at my role due to the in depth knowledge I have. I'm also more aware of certain things in my role that I would never have thought about if it wasn't through doing this apprenticeship
Yes, we raise a lot of money for charity. We hold annual darts nights, annual football games for the whole area and individual charity events each month
Yes
It's a great thing to do for personal and professional growth
Just do it, take a moment to expand your knowledge. This will make you a well rounded employee and give you more opportunities in the future
