Managing the commercial side of a construction project from start to finish. Involving drafting contracts, negotiating prices, closing out deals, building relations and so on.
Many, I've gained so much experience already in the commercial side of the construction industry and learnt so much about how things work while also developing brand new skills about processes I've never used before.
Very - It's been bumpy at times but it always is, I like a hallenge.
Very good, the company has a clear goal for apprentices and are always making sure we are on the right track
A lot - I have internal training sessions really often about company processes and so on.
A fair bit - they allow me time to dedicate work to uni coursework and are very happy for me to do so
Not too much, many subjects are irrelevant to my specific role and workplace
Loads, with adverts for more activities coming up every week.

It's very good for a career boost. Everyone is super helpful and there is plenty of diversity so you can learn from experienced people and also workers in similar boats to yourself.
Learn about the company, make sure you're keen and have the right attitude to work and be productive in a team - it helps massively in the first few weeks and it puts you on your feet in no time
