More knowledge on being a successful leader. How to prevent radicalisation and extremism
Very interesting with different modules to learn, which I can apply to my role. I receive a lot of support from my mentor.
Very structured as there a set amount of modules and learning tasks for each job. Allows you to not be overwhelmed with too much learning and keeps it all relevant.
Not much, no meetings scheduled by my employer.
A lot of support on filling off the job hours forms and can contact when help is needed.
I gain more understanding of how to be an effective leader and deal with situations that may arise.
