    • Having completed many further education courses externally - nothing compares to the level of support on this apprenticeship programme. I have thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience and it has added immense value to my career development

    • Not only has the qualification given me the skills knowledge and behaviours to excel in my role but it has provided me a psychologically safe environment in which to build my confidence applying the theories in practise
