Yes, I have continued to build confidence in conflict management, due to the confrontative nature of the work.
I enjoy learning new things about the work I do and continuing to better myself which the programme allows me to do.
It is fairly well organised, with my Mentor able to discuss or clarify any issues I might have.
I receive a lot of support, allowed my weekly time to allocate for my Apprenticeship work.
I have monthly chats with my Mentor who supports me in completing my assigned work and signposting me to places if I need support in an area they cannot provide
Learning more about the work that I do and its impacts have definitely supported me in honing my skills and making me into a better worker
