I have a variety of new skills in regards to contacting clients and developing client relationships. I have also developed my skills in many areas, such as communication.

I thoroughly enjoy my programme.

I find that my programme is structured appropriately. I receive enough communications from my training provider that I feel confident in the the organisation.

I feel as if my employer supports me very well.

I feel that my training provider supports me very well.

I feel that my training provider provides adequate information to help me perform better in my role. The information and support they provide helps me in my day-to-day role.

There are professional networking events hosting by individuals in the office, as well as social events occasionally.
