I'm currently on position of team leader but when I started I was just a team member. My role on day to day basis is to open and close business and manage my team.
Yes When I started my apprenticeship I was just team member and my Personal Development is better than ever.
I enjoy my program only thanks to my coach Neil. He is a big help to me and my progress as well thanks to him I believe in myself more and want to progress even faster and better.
I very organised as my coach and I communicating very well and a our meetings are very well structured and scheduled.
My GM is very helpful and happy with my progress
My coach is very good and thanks to him my progress is fast then been before. He well organised and professional with all our meetings. I would recommend him to anyone who is on that program.
Well, thanks to my qualifications. I'm doing now, and I progress from team member to team leader, so all my new progression paid off
