I'm in charge of the day to day running of the housekeeping department of a medium sized hotel.
I've learnt to fine tune my management and organisational skills and have gained a greater understanding of business needs and opportunities for development.
The programme has been undoubtedly, very informative and has given me a wealth of knowledge
The structure of my programme was well organised and fitted in well with my role.
I received plenty of support and instruction from my employer whilst undergoing my apprenticeship. They provided me with a wealth of information.
My training provider was incredibly helpful and supportive and always available to coach me when needed.
