Maintenance, calibrations, projects, repairs, project management.
Yes, most engineering and projects related skills.
I enjoy all aspects of this job.
Organisation needs improvement.
Lots of support for job-related duties, less for college and apprenticeship related.
They deliver all content, but are often slow to respond to emails. There is also a distinct lack of organisation when it comes to the apprenticeship tutor, having been without one for ~6 months (the last one finished employment there and it's taken a long time rehiring).
Reasonably well.
There are many event, countryside walks, rounders events, company Christmas parties, etc.
Yes
Despite some short-comings, this is a good place to work, pay is somewhat fair, but the job and everything it entails is enjoyable and varied.
You get as much out of this apprenticeship as you put in.
