the apprenticeship role at natwest was quite good, we received a lot of support from natwest during the length and were usually given appropriate time away from our job to complete tasks. the end exam proved a little difficult, but we were given an allowance of 3 hours off our calls to revise which was beneficial
i learned a lot about bank responsibilities and roles within wider society, in addition learning about regulations.
i enjoyed it, there was a lot to learn and read which, sometimes, was unnecessary, in my opinion.
at the beginning, it wasnt organised too well which resulted in a delay with starting our apprenticeship. After that, it was good.
i received great support from natwest, i was always given more time and support if i ever required it.
they were always available if i needed it.
i understand the role of banks, especially in regards to ethics and regulations
there are a few apprenticeship events and social activities
Yes
natwest gives good support in your job role and has good benefits
i would just say its best to come into this role with an open mind on what it can offer
