Have loved my role as since I started I have settled into my team really well and have great relationships which allow me to thrive in both the workplace and the classroom. Blend of work/learning has been perfect!
The workplace side of my programme is fairly structured and consists of weekly check-ins with my line manager for development purposes alongside working through a ticketing board for my daily tasks. The learning side is very structured as meetings and assessment deadlines are set weeks in advance with a milestone approach taken.
Support from my employed involves check-ins each week with my line manager where we can discuss my progress and also use the opportunity to ask questions and go through things I am not understanding. My line manager is very supportive. I also receive support from my team members when a problem arises they may be able to assist with.
Support from my training provider has been good. I receive support from my assessor whenever I feel that I need it regarding hand in pieces of work with scheduled dates. I also attend pre booked courses which cover content related to my role and the support provided when on these courses has been excellent.
My qualification has allowed me to perform better in my role as it has allows me to take on information that I may not come across within my role that can be handy to know to apply to my role. In my role I learn skills and techniques that reflect my role but from my training courses i have fund that having more of a base understanding of the core issues has been valuable to addressing new problems.
Yes there are many things to get involved with in my workplace. There's lots of variety and they are all made aware through various newsletters etc.

NatWest has been a very open employer for me to begin my career with, they have helped in every way they can to help me make the most of my apprenticeship and I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship journey so far!
Focus on NatWest's core values when applying for a role with the business, these really do mean a lot to the business in how it applies itself in todays society.
