Day-to-day running of the kitchen and all other aspects of the kitchen for example rota, maintenance, cleaning, training and developing.
Leaning a lot in equality and diversity and now moving on to marketing and regulations.
I do enjoy the programme and always feel like I learned something, if not multiple things.
Very well organised, so everything is relatively easy to find.
I do receive sufficient support from my line managers.
My trainer provides me with all the information I need to fulfil course requirements.
The qualification helps me a lot in thinking about the bigger picture and the business and helps me improve as a manager in the industry.
