  • Deliver against specific performance goals, as agreed with the line manager. Complete all requirements of the apprenticeship programme, as detailed in the apprenticeship learning plan, within the set timelines. This may include passing exams, submitting workbooks or providing competency evidence. Complete any relevant professional qualification or technical training required for the job or included in the apprenticeship programme. Act as an advocate and proactively promote the apprenticeship proposition.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt new skills such as Self-directed learning, Cyber safety, Creative Thinking, Data Literacy, and Digital literacy. I have also developed existing skills in communication and working in teams.

  • I enjoy the programme very much. I am able to find all the help I need and have a wonderful support team. My apprenticeship provider also gave me the necessary tools to succeed.

  • The programme is very well organised. Every task I am expected to complete is presented clearly to me.

  • I have received a lot of support from my employer since starting the programme. I never feel lost when I need help.

  • I receive a lot of support from my training provider as I can contact my mentor for 1 on 1 sessions for help.

  • My qualification is linked very closely with my role, so I believe all the learning from my qualification is applied very well to my role.

  • Yes, there are lots of events to take part in and network with others.

  • When you apply to NatWest, test yourself on the skills you already have and see how that can apply to the role you want. Also focus on CPC skills.
