Teaching and coaching members of staff. Training,helping the management out and supporting them.making sure that all cqsma standards are 100%at all times. Always helping others,reading report's. Serving customers running food going the extra mile for the customers. Doing free pour training with staff members training.
Learnt about save guarding and what to look out for if someone is in danger. Learnt about motivation, conflict with customers and staff. Learnt about british values,equality and diversity. Leant about pnl's and how to read paper work like stock reports, 2 pagers,6 pagers,mackrixs,cqsma scores.
Always learning things and is really interesting what I have learnt. Developed more skills since being on the program. Good experience for me and has been really enjoyable to do the apprenticeship level. Have been good sourcing new information and leaning new things about how the company works and ran.
Very well organised,really easy to follow and has been really good to do. Good communication with the training who has been brilliant and understanding. Also the classes that are organised for you are really well organised. The structure is really well organised and easy to understand. Very much enjoyed.
Since I have been on the apprenticeship I have e received loads of support from my employer. I have been given my training hours every week and if I am stuck on things the managers will help me. Also if I need things printed off or need some explaining things.
Since I have been working on the apprenticeship my trainer has been really good to me and understanding. Moved things around always been there for me when I need support. Really friendly and helpful. Always really good at motivation and can have a good chat with my trainer about things.
With what I have learnt the apprenticeship have been how to motivate people and safe guarding. All what I have learnt will benefit me in the long run with working with the company. Be more positive at work and have better communication with members of staff and the management team.
As a company we have charity events which we all get involved in . We hold bake sales, cycle events, hampers going in for regular raffles. We have dressing up at worn on special events. We have a good team bound. Kick for clic where everyone's team is involved event.

Cus its a really good company to work for. I have worked with the company for 15 years. Good benefits working with the company, discounts. Good training and good promotion within the company. Good skills that get taught to you. Help and support thoughtout the company. Really very good company.
Be the best that you can be. Research the company's history. Go to your wetherspoons and see what it's like at different points of the day and night. Talk to members of staff, and mangers about how to work in a busy environment. Really good company to work for.
