Managing 2 hotels, ensuring staff are equipped with the tools and training to deliver excellent customer service. Maintaining a clean and tidy hotel, managing health and safety measures. Reviewing compliance
I haven't really learned much, a little around different leadership skills but not enough consistency or depth to really benfit
I enjoyed my programme but felt there was too much time between sessions and left me feeling disengaged
Well structured but I do not feel this is stuck to and a lot ends up being rescheduled
None, a lot of encouragement to enrol then no support once onboard
