  • Supporting colleagues and customers across the bank by delivering new content and making amendments to the chat bot based upon requests from stakeholders. Daily stand-ups take place to allocate tasks which can be minor to major projects.

  • Learnt front-end development coding such as page sourcing, HTML and JSON. Developing stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Really enjoy the work at my 9-5 because I'm delivering work which helps our colleagues and customers, so I'm able to see the value of my work. However, the university aspect is not as enjoyable because of how it is structured by provider.

  • The work at my 9-5 and university work do not align, as the university set assignments with fake scenarios that do not take place at work. In addition, trying to bring in work examples into assignments are not always favored by the lecturer.

  • A significant amount of support is provided as managers on each level are interested in your well being and look for opportunities for you to develop as an employee.

  • Limited support as meetings with the training provider happen every few months and key information can be forgotten to mention during these meetings.

  • The qualification can provide knowledge and theories but real work experiences help more to develop employees so they can perform better in their roles.

  • Multiple opportunities to do volunteering such as career talks or climate focused opportunities. There are teams that are organised by the early careers members who are graduates and apprentices.
