I help out in feature teams by creating microservice diagrams for everyone in the bank to see for reference. I do this with my fellow apprentice colleagues in the security department
I have learnt how to use SQL. I also learnt how to communicate effectively
I am enjoying my programme to a greater extent
On the work side of the apprentice is it going great. I do not see any flaws in that side of my work. As for the academic side of the apprenticeship, it has been rocky as it is not always organised as it should.
I received a lot of support from my employer and that makes me comfortable in the work when ever I have a problem or want to seek advice
The support I have received from my training provider has been satisfactory
I haven't started learning skills that directly relate to my role but the things that I have learnt do help in a way how I perform in my role
Would have loved to hear about sports at NatWest but I haven't heard yet. There are networking event at my workplace though
Yes
The people that work at NatWest are kind and professional as well
The support system is really great if you need help with anything. NatWest is diverse and is inclusive
