I have learned how to the split payments. My new skills are dealing with NO show guest. Fill the refund form attach the receipt. How to do room transfer for the guest. How to take cash payment. Check first the ID if they are over 18. make new booking for the guest
I like the programme I had a wonderful tutor. She explain everything very good. You can do the aptem programs any time at home. You can check your targets online. For the maths and English test she come to the site. After 3 weeks you have your results. And if pass you get a certificate
The programme is very organised. Is very easy to use. if your are struggling with your English or Maths. You can do the test online or you can book a session. First you do the mock test. You can log on anywhere. It show you how much is it remaining
I get so much support from my employer. They help you achieve your targets. They always have time for you. And be there for you. They explain very well. The support is always there. I’m so happy have a time like this. They really support you in your targets
I got so much support from the hotel manager and duty manager. They always supporting me. And encourage me to pass my exams. For extra help I can get extra sessions from trainer. She is so lovely and supportive. And is very patient with me. She is always there for me.
I feel that my qualifications will get me very far in my job rol. It will show a very good impression on my CV. And I will preform better in my rol to lead me to duty manager. And I want to help others as well. Learned a lot from my trainer.
Yes, at the moment we are fundraising money for Gosh money for the hospital. We selling noodle pot for extra fundraising. if the gust wants to print something l. We ask for donation for the hospital. if they want to borough a book. They can give extra money for charity.

Is very good company. If you want to have a day off they do that for you. The package is good. You get discounts on food and drinks. And for your accommodation. You get some many rewards. It is a nice environment to work for. They take of you.
