I over see daily operations in the hotel ensuring we reach our KPI’s
Yes it’s helped me strengthen my leadership skills and learn knew ones in how to deal with daily ops.
I really enjoy it just time manage my for the in situ of the course to want to do it well is tough with my role
The structure is really good Aptem is great and it is laid out really clear and easy to navigate
I’m my role not much however I have many apprentices which I support through their learning
