    • I have learnt skills in Software Engineering and DevOps

    • Thoroughly enjoyed it! I would recommend it to everyone!

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Very well organised. We have a central team at Lloyds Banking Group who look after colleagues on apprenticeship courses and also have a good structure in place with Firebrand training to do the actual course.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I was supported and guided everyday of my apprenticeship. No question was too small or too silly. I felt completely accepted and found that my employer was willing to give me plenty of time to make sure I could study effectively.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Firebrand offer good courses and regular catch ups with a Firebrand tutor. I found this really helpful.

    • It has helped me to completely pivot my career. I have a deeper understanding of technology because of it.

    • Yes, there are professional networking events and the company organise plenty of Tech Talks with big tech companies, which is really cool!
