It been a good experience and I enjoyed the different day to day goings on to hotel. I am a appointment person so I can run the hotel if needed. I check people in and I get what the people what the need such as irons and towls. It is a good job
Yes lot's. I learnt the law's we need to do our jobs. Like the law's and the right way to cash up and close down the bar and kitchen and to do double checks on the kitchen and double check the restaurant before the team member leaves
I enjoy it alot, as it all on MS teams and on a online portal I can do it at my own pace and get help if needed via email. The online portal is useful when it works and it has been good on keeping track of my work etc.
It is very well organised I get calls from my trainer each month to see how I am getting on with it and what do next in the program. When teams and the other portal works it runs well if not it I'd hard but we get work done.
I received a lot of support and I run ideas by them first to see if it works well and write a draft and send it over.
Alot I get to know where I start and how far I have left to go on the project
It helps me a lot, I feel more confident and feel I can do my job better
I used to fence. I volunteer for my local fire service, helping with the local area
