Management of performance in a services business
I have learnt new skills and tools aswell as refreshing and improvement skills that I already had
I enjoyed the learnings but found the assignments too time consuming to carry out during my working week
very well structured but had issues with TDO sickness and leaving
I had several managers throughout the period. My current manager was very supportive to give me time to complete the tasks
the previous training development officer was off sick and then left the company. My current TDO is superb and really helpful
At first I thought that the skills and tools were what I had been through before but found that there were more skills and tools that I learnt and improved what I had done before too

Very good skills and if the candidate is organised with support from the employer then there are lots of leadership skills to learn
Make sure you are aware of the size of the commitment that you take on
