My role is to support others in their roles. As a new joiner, I have little audit experience, so am only performing basic procedures such as sampling and minutes reviews.
I've learn a lot, from being more efficient with excel to sampling techniques how an audit works and how each of the financial statements work.
Very much, everybody has been incredibly helpful and kind.
Its organised well, but the provider BPP could support us better and respond quicker
Not a lot that I have experienced so far, but from what I've heard later down in the line a lot of support is given to their employees.
They could be a lot better, respond quicker and support us more with our work.
So far it has helped me a lot with my work, as it gave me a basic understanding of what an audit was and accounting, which then allowed me to use this in my work
yes there is too much, 100s of groups to join. I have joined the football, badminton and rugby club.
Yes
Because of how supportive they have been with my personal circumstances, the environment is so easy to ask questions and friendly. I am so glad I chose to join KPMG.
Make sure to research the company beforehand and what your role actually consists of, whether that's watching videos of peoples experiences to actually asking someone with first hand experience.
