I am really enjoying my apprenticeship programme i have lots of support from other colleagues and my coach at BPP. I get involved in lots of different pieces of work and have attending in person client meetings and events which has been great. I am able to study for my qualification and work at the same time.
My programme is well organised and i receive regular information and updates. I have a schedule for when assignments are due and details of my upcoming webinars. The resources we have access to on the hub for my programme are really helpful and we have a clear timetable for my programme.
i recieve a lot of report from my employer there are lots of different training sessions to help my learning. as part of my apprenticeship programme i get 20% a week to focus on my studying/apprenticeship which is really helpful. I have a great team to help support me.
I recieve lots of support from my training provider i have regular quarterly catchups with my BPP coach and can also email/speak to her if i have any questions. I have a tutor to help with my CFA exam and there are weekly webinars and drop in sessions to help.
My qualification definitely helps with my role. For the CFA the topics are relevant in my day to day role so learning more about them and the financial maths will definitely help me to improve in my day to day role. Also the assignments i complete are examples of things i do in my work.
