My role is to provide educational support in all subjects to children with special educational needs in years 7 and 8.
I am at the beginning of the apprenticeship process so I have only established a basic knowledge of what is expected of me, but I feel I have been well supported up to this point.
I am eager to learn while providing a service to my learners. I am enjoying the apprenticeship.
Information is sent promptly with full instructions for completion, allowing organisation and time management.
My employer is supportive and communication is good to enable my development.
So far the support has been friendly and appreciated by myself, I feel confident I can ask for assistance.
Learning while on the job allows me to work providing a service with less stress.
Yes there are extra-curricular activities, such as drama clubs, these allow me to get involved with the students after school to provide interaction in a more relaxed environment.
Yes
I feel supported and find the staff friendly and approachable at all times.
I would advise other applicants to be confident in their ability and ask for help and support when needed because the training provider is efficient and friendly in the service they provide.
