I look after children and also assist the teacher to teach core and foundation subjects as well as life skills. I also carry out dinner and break duty to get children involved in play. I also do daily interventions for children who are falling behind which help prevent this happening
I have learned to have more patience and have learned how to Manage children’s behaviour. I have also become first aid trained and able to help children manage and understand their wellbeing. I have learned how to be more diplomatic and have leaned to be empathetic to words others.
I really enjoy my programme as it provides plenty of opportunities for me to learn while also providing the support and advice that I need to achieve my goals. They also provide opportunities for my career down the line and would be able to provide the training needed for me
The programme I am currently on is well organised and structured as it is very simple to what I must complete providing time scales and what I must do to complete the task correctly/accurately While also providing the help I need to if I should become stuck or confused
My employer provides me with all the support I could need as they provide me with regular training opportunities and staff refreshers. Staff also provide me with advice if I am confused or unsure. My employer provides support for mental health should i require it for issues related to life
My training provider provides me with all the support I could need as they provide me with advice and help should I become unsure or confused they also provide me with additional ways of getting the most out of my time on the course by providing me with me with books
I feel that my qualification helps me perform my role better as it allows me to better understand what I am there to achieve not only for myself but also for the people I help within school by understanding what I need to do I can provide the best of me
They are plenty of extra curricular activities to get involved in at work and all will allow me to become better at my role within work and will allow me to become a better person and to become more effective at my job and develop my abilities to benefit others
Yes
They provide everything you need to become experienced and skilled in your desired profession and they will provide you with everything you will need to succeed in your course and help you every step of the way to make sure you can achieve your full potential and get the most out of your course
The tips I would give someone applying is not to give up no matter how hard it may get you can achieve your goal if you put the effort and time into what want to do you will be able to achieve the best possible out come and the best you
