Supporting the teaching, mentoring, coaching development of learners undertaking their apprenticeship. Admin duties, supporting with marking learners written work and giving developmental feedback. Supporting with onboarding of new starts into the business through individualisation and first day of learning.
I have become more confident speaking to new people now. Working closely with employers, businesses and learners.
I have thoroughly enjoyed completing the L4 assessor coach and look forward to completing gateway.

A lot, i have been supported by my manager throughout. Offering to help with feedback and providing witness accounts to support my qualification progress.
A lot of support. My assessor at Smart training has really helped me whenever i have needed further support.
It is helping me to give better developmental feedback and also ask more open ended questions. I now feel more comfortable waiting through pauses and giving the learner time to speak. I sometimes, felt awkward with silences, so would interrupt, i have stopped doing this now.
Yes, face to face meetings. An Easter themed event is been held for staff to volunteer and support with. Professionals within Early Years, deliver professional webinars around different topics for staff and apprentices to attend.

The importance of a healthy work life balance is promoted. Wellbeing hours to support trainers to have times to refresh themselves. Everyone is very supportive at Realise, if you ever need help, all you need to do is ask and someone is always there.
